A newly wed couple move to El Paso where the husband is deployed as a member of ICE as a Customs and Border Protection Agent. His young bride, his high school cheerleader girlfriend wants nothing more than to enjoy life with her husband and to start a family. While shopping alone across the border in Juarez City, her beauty and physical charms attract the eye of a corrupt and unscrupulous Mexican Police Captain. She is arrested on falsified theft charges and jailed. Once she has proven tractable and trustworthy, he begins to employ her as a drug mule. To ensure her cooperation, El Capitan with the help of corrupt US CBP Agents, has her husband framed for corruption and incarcerated in Mexican Jail where he is humiliated and degraded before his wife's eyes by other prisoners. She makes her first run back north of the border, and has to undergo "rigorous" examination at the hands of the CBP agents. The corrupt US Customs agent in charge assures Jennifer's safe passage through customs with her load but, her husband gone, Jennifer is now at the tender mercies of the organization on both sides of the border.
