This is Book III of the chronicle Clinique d’élargissement du Sein du Dr Cruche, translated, Dr. Cruche's Breast Enlargement Clinique. In the Clinique female subjects undergo body and behavioral modification for the gratification of their wealthy and influential owners and spouses. While only a few of them are actual slaves, the others are bound by emotional bonds to Masters, husbands or boyfriends that cause them to willfully undergo the radical physical and behavioral modifications. The Clinique is private and its activities are kept secret as they could not stand the biased scrutiny of public and social media in the fleeting atmosphere of persecution such as surrounds the #MeToo movement and other radical feminist driven fads.

In this the third book in the series, we follow Mark Winslet, and the two former female patients of Dr. Cruche’s Clinique after they have returned home to San Francisco. Mark has engaged a partner and they embark of a profitable exploitation of Monique, Mark’s former fiancée and Miriam, the Clinique loaner whore who now lives with them.

We meet two female members of the Monterey County Sheriff’s department who are forced to undergoe the eight week course of physical and behavioral modification at the Clinique, and who were then sent back to work for Division Commander Buford Maxwell. He plans to exploit them for the betterment of his division's morale in the "Defund the Police" climate. The two female officers are so well conditioned that they acquiesce, in fact they follow his commands enthusiastically, with little remaining memory of how things were before or the actual mental conditioning that they were forced to undergoe..

We find out even more about the exceedingly dysfunctional Cruche family as the Clinique begins to see a changing of the Guard from the Doctor's day to day control, to that of his son's, Robert.
